Enriched flour (<span class="allergen">wheat flour</span>, <span class="allergen">malted barley flour</span>, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, yeast, grain and seed blend (<span class="allergen">rye</span>, <span class="allergen">oats</span>, millet, flax seed, <span class="allergen">wheat</span>), high fructose corn syrup, contains 2% or less of each of the following: degerminated yellow corn meal, degerminated yellow corn flour, salt, calcium propionate (a preservative), soybean oil, calcium sulfate, dried honey, vinegar, potassium sorbate (a preservative), calcium carbonate, wheat starch, <span class="allergen">wheat flour</span>, enzymes, calcium stearate, ascorbic acid (dough conditioner).
