High fructose corn syrup, enriched bleached and unbleached flour (<span class="allergen">wheat flour</span>, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate [ vitamin b11, riboflavin [ vitamin b2], folic acid), blueberry preserves (blueberries, corn syrup, citric acid, pectin, preserved with potassium sorbate), sugar, rolled oats, palm oil, water, nonfat milk, corn syrup, raisin paste, yellow corn flour, contains 2% or less of each of the following: modified cornstarch, calcium carbonate, wheat gluten, fiber (may contain <span class="allergen">soy</span>, <span class="allergen">oat</span>, cottonseed, and/or cellulose), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), glycerine, cellulose, salt, honey, maltodextrin, citric acid, soybean oil, corn starch, sodium stearoyl lactylate, xanthan gum, dextrose, <span class="allergen">soy lecithin</span>, natural and artificial flavor propylene glycol alginate, niacinamide, fd&c red #40, ferric orthophosphate, zinc oxide, vitamin a palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), fd&c blue #1, folic acid, potassium sorbate and sorbic acid (to retard spoilage), topped with oat bran.
