Whole wheat flour, water, enriched unbleached wheat flour (<span class="allergen">wheat flour</span>, <span class="allergen">malted barley flour</span>, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), grain & seed blend (sunflower seeds, barley flakes, coarse corn meal, millet seed, quick oat flakes, medium rye meal, triticale flakes, wheat bran, wheat flakes, whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour, flax seed, brown rice flour), yeast, brown sugar, vital wheat gluten, <span class="allergen">oat fiber</span>, contains 2% or less of each of the following: sugar, raisin juice concentrate, molasses, honey, distilled vinegar, salt, soybean oil, ascorbic acid, calcium propionate (mold inhibitor), calcium sulfate, enzymes, nonfat dry milk, <span class="allergen">soy flour</span>.
