Swissroll with cocoa filling

Swiss roll with cocoa creme (30%) and cocoa decoration (2%). Ingredients: invert syrup 20% (glucose syrup, sugar, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, citric acid), <span class="allergen">wheat flour</span>, vegetable oils 15% (partially and fully hydrogenated palm oil, cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil), glucose syrup, sugar, egg melange, water, humectant 4% (sorbitol, glycerol), cocoa powder 4%, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, emulsifier 0,7% (sunflower lecithin, mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), whey powder, raising agent 0.2% (sodium hydrogen pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (vanilla), acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose). May contain traces of <span class="allergen">nuts</span>.
