anched cauliflowe ce, topped with cheddar cheese. en cook (25-45 mins) chilled-preheat oven to 200°c, gos 6, 18c remove sleeve and film lid. place heron o boking tray in the centre of the oven. for 25 min to stand for 1 minute and serve. frozen-preheat oven 190°c, gas 5, fan 170°c. we sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. container on a baking tray in the centre of cook for 20 minutes. remove film lid. to the oven and cook for a further 25 minutes. stand for 1 minute and serve. microwave 750w/850w/1000w remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. from chilled heat on full power for 4 minutes (750w) or 3% minutes (850w) or 3 minutes (1000w). allow to stand for 1 minute. stir before serving. from frozen-heat on full power for 4 minutes (750w/850w) or 3% minutes (1000w). peel back film lid and stir well and re-cover. heat on full power for a further 4 minutes (750w) or 3½ minutes (850w) or 3 minutes (1000w). allow to stand for 1 minute. stir before serving.
