Barbecue flavoured pulled pork

Pork Shoulder (78%), Marinade (10%) (Water, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Stabilizers (Diphosphates, Triphosphates), Modified Maize Starch, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid), Yeast Extract] BBQ Sauce Sachet (10%) [Water, Sugar, Molasses, Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Smoke Flavour, Natural Onion Flavour, Colour (Plain caramel), Spices (Chilli Pepper, <span class="allergen">MUSTARD</span> </span>flour, Clove, Oregano, Cumin Seed), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)] BBQ Glaze (2%) [Sugar, Corn Starch, Salt, Tomato Powder, Dextrose, Smoke Flavouring, Yeast Extract, Modified Starch, Colours (Paprika Extract, Plain Caramel), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cayenne, Acidity Regulators (Malic Acid, Citric Acid)]. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS OVEN COOK FROM CHILLED Hot Fan Oven, 30 minutes, 180°C Regular Oven, 30 minutes, 200°C Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later. Place pork into an oven proof dish and put on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat product for the required time. Remove from the oven and pour off any juice. Use two forks to pull apart the Pork. Pour sachet of sauce over and heat in the oven for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Note: Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN Hot Fan Oven, 40 minutes, 180°C Regular Oven, 40 minutes, 200°C For best results thaw for 24 hours in a refrigerator and follow chilled cooking instructions there after. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. If you wish to cook from frozen follow below instructions. You may need to thaw slightly to help remove product from packaging.
